Mr. David Ballard, P.E. - President:

With over 32 years of experience, Mr. Ballard provides the leadership to position Quell Corp. at the forefront of the industry. Mr. Ballard develops and implements strategic plans to advance Quell Corp's mission and objectives to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. Mr. Ballard oversees all company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Mr. Ballard has also played a role as the director of the Engineering Department and is responsible for these clients in the wireless industry: Verizon Wireless, General Dynamics, T-Mobile (formerly Aerial Communications), Sprint / Nextel, Cricket Communications, Houston Cellular, LTS Wireless, Crown Castle International, Memorial Hermann, NASA (Houston and New Mexico), and US Coast Guard.

Mr. Steve Ku - VP Of Technical Operations:

Mr. Ku has gathered over twenty years of hands-on RF System designing experience while working for companies such as Verizon Wireless, AT&T Wireless, and T-Mobile as Senior RF design engineer, senior consultant, and RF Manager. Mr. Ku is very familiar with Motora, Actel-Lucent, Erricson, and Nokie architecture and equipment. Mr. Ku has been involved in indoor wireless design since 1992. Mr. Ku also hosts seminars in the US, China, Taiwan, and Columbia regions covering indoor and outdoor wireless standards and practices. As Vice President of Technical Operations, Mr. Ku provides oversight and leadership for the company's integrated approach to technical execution, quality operations and project management methods throughout Quell Corp. This includes being responsible for all aspects of systems/WFDS engineering, technical oversight, quality assurance, process management and process improvement programs.

Dr. Nabil Mimouni, Phd - PE Civil & Structural Engineering:

Dr. Mimouni has 14 years experience in civil engineering. He has an extensive background in site development, geotechnical and structural design. He developed numerous residential, commercial and industrial sites and designed several hundred tower and equipment foundations and performed structural analysis on nearly 500 telecommunication towers and foundations. Also, he has generated hydrologic and hydraulic studies for civil constructions and participated in and personally designed structures in the United States, Russia, France, and Algeria. Dr. Mimouni is responsible for overseeing the sound design and application of all telecommunication projects involving civil or structural work for Quell Corporation.

Patrick McNerney - Senior Projects Manager:

Patrick is attuned to value and details as well as be able to understand and drive towards the big picture. Analytical and quick thinking in a fast-paced environment, Patrick is an enthusiastic problem solver that thrives on being engaged at all levels of any project. As the key point between the Client and the project team, Patrick plays a pivotal role in the success of the major projects.

Nancy Rego - Accounting/Financial:

Nancy is responsible for planning, organization, and controlling the clerical aspect Quell Corp., including the preparation, communication, coordination and storage of data to support production. Nancy monitors the work processes to evaluate the final receiving systems between client, and customer.

Chris LaFleur - Senior Projects Coordinator:

Chris is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects across various functional areas. Chris provides subject matter expertise in areas including: project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques. Chris makes presentations to management on project updates, project cycle, and expected results. He ensures projects are completed on time and in scope.

Andy Lafleur - Manager Technical Products:

Andy is involved in the development and release process for assigned products and maintains the product development road map for each wireless system. He coordinates the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for new product functionality from customers and prospects. Andy also coordinates beta testing of new products and features.

Chris McDaniel - Systems Design Manager:

Chris develops and maintains a business environment in which Quell Corp. can achieve its strategic and mission goals through design, by establishing and managing an efficient and effective integral design system. Chris is involved at all levels of business (operational to strategic), from the discovery phase to the execution phase. Chris encompasses the ongoing processes, business decisions, and strategies that enable innovation and create effectively-designed products, services, communications, environments, and systems for Quell Corp.
